Immunization and Dental Clinics in Monument2012 Health Clinics at TriLakes Cares in Monument
TriLakes Cares has scheduled immunization and dental clinics for 2012 at their facility here in Monument (235 Jefferson St.). Children on Medicaid, CHP+, and with no insurance may receive immunizations and/or dental care free of charge. Some insurance carriers are also accepted. Call 481-4864 (ext. 103) for more information and to make an appointment for any of these clinics.
Immunization Clinics will be held on February 14, April 10, June 12, August 14, October 9 and December 11, 2012 (1:00 - 5:00 pm by appointment-see above). Dental Clinics will be held on January 13, March 9, May 11, July 13, September 14 and November 9, 2012 (8:00 - 5:00 pm by appointment-see above).
